ادى رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة التحكيمية المختصة بالفصل في منازعات العمل في العاصمه عدن ومحافظات لحج وأبين والضالع، وذلك عقب إعادة تشكيلها ،صباح اليوم بديوان عام الوزارة بالعاصمة عدن ،مراسيم اليمين القانونية امام معالي الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل .

وجاء أداء اليمين استناداً إلى المادة (138) من القانون رقم (5) لسنة 1995 بشأن قانون العمل وتعديلاته، والتي تنص على أن “يحلف كل من رئيس وأعضاء لجنة التحكيم أمام الوزير”.

عقب المراسم، التقى الوزير الزعوري بأعضاء اللجنة، مشدداً على أهمية أداء مهامهم بالصدق والأمانة والحيادية، داعياً إلى سرعة البت في القضايا المرفوعة أو المحالة إليهم، وفقاً لما تنص عليه القوانين واللوائح النافذة، مع ضرورة وضع خطة عمل واضحة وتحديد مواعيد منتظمة لعقد جلسات الفصل في المنازعات العمالية.

من جانبهم، أعرب رئيس اللجنة مرسي أحمد الزبيدي (ممثل الوزارة)، وعضوا اللجنة حامد عمر باحويرث (ممثل النقابات العمالية)، ووداد وجدي عبدالله (ممثل الغرفة التجارية والصناعية) عن شكرهم وتقديرهم لمعالي الوزير على اهتمامه بقضايا العمال، مؤكدين استعدادهم للبدء الفوري في أداء مهامهم وفق التوجيهات الصادرة.

حضر المراسم كل من الدكتور فيدل، مدير عام النقابات، والأستاذ عدنان سعيد علي، مدير عام العلاقات والإعلام.

In the Presence of Minister Al-Zouari, the Chairman and Members of the Labor Arbitration Committee Take the Oath and Are Directed to Expedite the Resolution of Labor Disputes

The chairman and members of the arbitration committee responsible for resolving labor disputes in the capital Aden and the governorates of Lahj, Abyan, and Al-Dhalea took the legal oath this morning at the ministry’s headquarters in the capital Aden, following the committee’s reformation. The oath was taken before His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zouari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor.

The oath-taking was based on Article (138) of Law No. (5) of 1995 concerning the Labor Law and its amendments, which stipulates that “the chairman and members of the arbitration committee shall take the oath before the Minister.”

Following the ceremony, Minister Al-Zouari met with the committee members, emphasizing the importance of carrying out their duties with honesty, integrity, and impartiality. He urged them to expedite the resolution of submitted or referred cases in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, highlighting the need to establish a clear work plan and schedule regular sessions to adjudicate labor disputes.

For their part, Committee Chairman Mr. Mursi Ahmed Al-Zubaidi (representing the Ministry), and committee members Mr. Hamid Omar Bahwerth (representing labor unions), and Ms. Widad Wajdi Abdullah (representing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry), expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Minister for his attention to labor issues. They affirmed their readiness to immediately commence their duties in accordance with the issued directives.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Fidel, Director General of Trade Unions, and Mr. Adnan Saeed Ali, Director General of Public Relations and Media.
